| Interviews with he coach and the tennis player will be done to know the status of the psychological abilities: relaxation, concentration, self-confidence, activation and visualization. |

| The level of the distinct psychological abilities will be evaluated by testing and directing observations in camp, in order to detect possible difficulties and to improve those necessary to optimize the athletic performance. |

| A general profile of the tennis player will be designed in a short, mid and long term and objectives will be analyzed as well as the motivations. A Psychological training program will be proposed to be followed by the player. |
| The athlete will learn and improve along with his coach the necessary psychological abilities through specific techniques. |

| The results of the work will be handed in to the athlete and his coach and the pertinent suggestions will be made in order to continue the psychological abilities testing program. |
